Returns, Refunds & RMA Policy

To qualify for a full refund or exchange under our 30-day policy, returned products must meet the following criteria:

• Item must be requested for return within 30 calendar days of verified carrier delivery.
• Item must be in original condition, including original product box, documentation, cables, accessories, and unremoved warranty seals.
• Serial numbers must match our recorded fulfillment inventory database.

Follow these 4 simple steps to submit an RMA request:

• Step 1 — Request RMA: Email contact@rehmanretail.store or call customer service at +18703450042 with your order number and reason for return.
• Step 2 — Receive RMA Number: Our support team will issue a unique RMA Number and prepaid return shipping label (for defective/damaged items).
• Step 3 — Package Item: Pack merchandise securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outer box.
• Step 4 — Ship to Fulfillment Center: Send package to our registered corporate facility address below.

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility (usually within 1–2 business days), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Wire Transfer, or PayPal).

Depending on your banking institution, funds will reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

B2B Wholesale Orders: Bulk quantity orders subject to commercial invoice agreements are covered under standard manufacturer warranties and freight damage claims. RMA authorization for B2B orders is handled directly by assigned corporate account managers.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package to contact@rehmanretail.store for an immediate replacement dispatch.
