All in-stock retail and sample orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same business day from our primary fulfillment hub.

Orders received after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends are queued for dispatch on the next operational business morning. Once dispatched, a real-time carrier tracking number (FedEx / DHL / UPS) is sent to your email.

• Tracking: All shipments include step-by-step door-to-door online tracking. You can monitor your package status anytime on our Track Order page.
• Customs & Duties: Standard international retail orders are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place). Receivers are responsible for local customs processing fees or import taxes if levied by your home country.
• B2B DDP Terms: Corporate buyers ordering palletized or containerized freight may request DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping arrangements.
